I dropped my ps3 controller into a puddle of water update?

SO now its been a day since i dropped my ps3 controller into a puddle of water and its still going beserk. I have tried blow drying it and i kept it under a fan for the whole day, and its still not working. What should i do before i spend $60 on another controller?
