My female cat has become very weak and today when she got up from her seat there was alot of creamy discharge?

She disappeared for a few days then returned very weak looking and unable to walk properly she slept alot yesterday and today went out again. When she refused to eat i moved her to a more comfortable position and she left, rather a large, puddle of creamy discharge from her back passages. Any ideas? she doesnt like being pitched up or touched around the ribs!
