My dog is sick, and dripping what looks like bloody urine?

She threw up a big pile of stuff, had diarrhea outside, threw up again, then she was standing in my kitchen and I noticed a very little puddle of what looked like bloody urine. Her behavior is fine, she alert and responding and walking around. Should I be concerned? She isint fixed so Im wondering if maybe she was sick from something she ate, and the blood was just the start of a heat, but Im not sure.
