Yeah it is racist. It's terrible that people are so cruel. Ghetto man mean that your poor and cheap. They're being EXTREMLY disrespectful and just politely tell that you can hear them and would appriciate it if they stopped. And if they continue simple say a comeback , maybe "it's sad that all the other cavemen died off and your still here." but try not to resort to that.
