Does mediation really work in favor of father's?

Unfortunately many court mediators do favor the side of the mother in custody hearings. However based on the facts I would advise Mr. Jenkins to complete the anger management course and comply with anything else the courts deem necessary. I would also advise him to petition an appeal. He appears to be a dedicated father who loves his children and deserves another chance. GL to him.
