Madden NFL 11 Help, Trading?

I am running a franchise with the NYJ, and I have a very solid player on all positions, I made salary cap, but I missed out on alot of free agent opportunities and reallly messed up my draft (I drafted RE in round 2 +3, I wanted a LE Round 3), then I simmmed through cutting down on players, and it cut everybody I drafted but two people! Every position is still good, but Kris Jenkins and Shawn Ellis retired so my D line is overall like 72. I am only willing to trade Bart Scott or, if the offer is right, David Harris, but otherwise I have nothing to give to other teams. The free agent list has nothing good whatsoever. Advice?
