Is this remark Racist?

Darkie or ghetto man?? I've never heard these terms before but they definitely sound racist too me.. People are ignorant man I'm sorry, I hope you can look past it and know that the majority of people aren't racist. Honestly its hard for me to understand why people would treat another human being bad because of something as irrelevant as skin color. I hope you meet more down to earth, humble people in the future and don't let what others say get to your head.
