Hey all, i'd like any thoughts you all might have.Also ....is this grounds for a legitamite law suit?

My wife one year old daughter and I went to a popular resturant saturday. When we get there I get an attitude, we clean a dirty table ourselves, and on the way out my wife falls. There was a large puddle from i guess a spilt drink. My wife holding my one year old daughter slips on it. On her way down she lifts the baby up and trys to take on all the force for herself. After attention was arised, ut took roughly 5 minutes or so to place a wet floor sign. After this it took an additional 5 minutes or so to get a mop and that is only because I menrioned it.
