Wheres my biological dad?

im 2o and have a daughter i have a step dad who i love to pieces and he will always be my dad and my mom is fantastic but now im older im interested on who my biological father is and to ask him questions his name is STEPHEN JENKINS i think he still lives in the westmidlands if anybody can help ild be very greatful x
