Idk if i shud be worried or not but....?

I went swimming a couple days ago. Wen I was going down this water slide I felt some warm water leaking out of me lol anyways I didn't think anything of it I knew it was comeing from inside me but I wasn't to worried about it. So I went bak on a couple more times and the same thing happened. Wen I was gettinf ready 2 go I saw a hint of pink liquid in my baithing suite, but still didn't think anything of it. So I changed and went about my day. So wen I got home later on that night I went 2 the bathroom and saw that I had a puddle of blood on my underwear I dnt even kno how I didn't feel it. I kno it wasn't my period cuz I jus got off my last period like a week ago. Idk if I shud be worried or not? Wat could it be and wat could of caused it?
