How do I clean up Transmission fluid?

While working on my car for the last few months it decided that it didn't want any of the transmission fluid that was in it, so it dumped all the fluid in a big puddle on my garage floor. What would be the easiest way to clean this up with out wasting a ton of paper towel if I don't have access to a hose?
