Could i possibly be pregnant?

i had my period 3 weeks ago then just the other day i had a really bad cramp in my lower abdomen the i spooted later that day but not real bad then a day or so after that i woke up the next morning and i spotted pink the next day i started my period again and its really heavy i leaked through a tampon in my sleep when i woke up my shorts had a puddle of blood what can this be am i pregnant or is this a normal period again but i never spot pink please help
