Can I sue a hair stylist for damaging my hair?

Can I sue a hair stylist for damaging my hair? I went to the salon to get a cut and get highlights done. My color was suppose to be golden blonde and is now platinum blonde. But thats not it, she had me sit under the blow dryer with my bleach and foil still on for an hour while she had her big mac, served two customers, used the computer, and also cleaned a big puddle of water that was leaking from a machine. After she washed out my hair she told my hair was breaking and that it was my fault for bleaching my hair LAST YEAR! I was cryin when i seen how much hair had came out. The heat from the blow dryer was obviously coming from the top and thats where my hair had broken. I now have an inch left of my hair at where i had the highlights. I wanna know what I could do cause for me to get my length of my hair back, it will probably be 3-5 years from now. My hair is about 20+ inches long.
